Flock Together is a special Research day that takes place in Pokémon GO on May 11, 2024! Birds of a feather flock together for this type Pokémon research day event!
During the event, Trainers will be able to get Field Research tasks rewarding -type Pokémon encounters by spinning PokéStops. Alongside these Field Research tasks, other -type Pokémon will spawn more frequently, and there will be an increased chance of encountering certain shiny types!
This is a great opportunity to hunt for the shiny boosted Pokémon, and fill out your shiny living Pokédex, bird style!

- Note: In order to participate in the Flock Together Research Day, you have to spin PokéStops. Even though the event is called a “Research Day”, there is no dedicated Timed Research to be obtained, outside of the paid research.

- Shiny odds are increased only for Pokémon rewarded from Field Research encounters

- In general, if you want a 99% chance to get a particular shiny, that means completing 228 Field Research Tasks.

Please note that Timed Research expires. The tasks associated with Timed Research must be completed and their rewards must be claimed before Saturday, May 11, 2024, 5:00 p.m. local time.
