Bronzor

Pokémon GO Bronzor is a Steel and Psychic type Pokémon, which evolves into Bronzong. As a minimum it will likely require 50 candy to evolve, in line with almost all other 2 stage evolutions.

Bronzor has a MAX CP of 534, with an ATK of 43, DEF of 154 and STA of 114, meaning it is not a meta-relevant Pokémon, but rather a collectible with the potential for evolving later. If you initially find Bronzor to be quite rare, it may be advisable to use Pinap berries on each one you encounter to help you reach the 50 candies you’ll need to evolve it.

Buddy Distance

Depending how rare Bronzor is, its Buddy distance could either be 1km or 3km. We certainly wouldn’t expect it to be 5km per candy. There will most likely be rarer and more meta-relevant Pokémon whose candy will be much more valuable, so be sure to weigh this up before making Bronzor your Buddy.

Egg Distance

As with Brozor’s Buddy distance, its egg distance will probably align with its rarity; it is reasonable to expect that Bronzor will be hatchable from either 2km or 5km eggs. We certainly don’t expect it to hatch from 10km eggs. The maximum CP for a hatched Bronzor will be 305.

Weather Boost

As a Steel and Psychic type, Bronzor can receive a weather boost from Snow and Windy weather. Any Bronzor with a CP of 459 or over will have been boosted beyond level 30 by the weather and has a maximum capture CP of 496 when boosted.

Raid Boss Potential

Bronzor isn’t likely to be a Raid Boss. If for any reason it is, its maximum Raid capture CP would be 305, or 382 if weather boosted.

Shiny Bronzor

Shiny Bronzor is noticeably different in colour to normal; it’s green instead of the standard blue.

Pokédex Entries and Facts

Bronzor’s Pokédex entries from various games give some insights into its mysterious, ancient origins.

  • Implements shaped like it were discovered in ancient tombs. It is unknown if they are related.
  • X-ray photos were taken to check its body structure. Nothing appeared, however.
  • Ancient people believed that the pattern on BRONZOR’s back contained a mysterious power.
