Timburr Raid Counters
Timburr best raid counters are listed below:
Whenever the shadow variant of a Pokémon listed below is available in the game, it is strongly recommended to use it over its regular/purified counterpart. However, since Shadow Pokémon are extremely expensive to power up and require specific events to TM away Frustration, they will NOT be listed as raid counters in this article.

Timburr has plenty of weaknesses so the list could go on forever. If you don’t have any of the Pokémon listed above powered up, you can always use:
- “Generalist” Pokémon such as Dragonite
- Any powerful Mega Pokémon
- Any powerful Legendary Pokémon you caught with neutral coverage (as long as it’s not Dark, Steel, Rock, Normal or Ice)
Timburr shouldn’t take more than a couple of seconds to beat if you’re using the right counters, but don’t worry too much if you don’t have strong attackers powered up.

While Timburr itself is not a good Pokémon, its final evolution, Conkeldurr, is one of the best PvE Pokémon in the entire game. It can function as a great gym sweeper, especially against the common Chansey, Blissey, and Slaking. It is also one of the top non-Shadow non-Mega Fighting-type attacker. Its best moveset is Counter and Dynamic Punch.
Remember that when you get a traded Timburr, the cost of evolution from Gurdurr to Conkeldurr is 0 candies, so you would almost always want it as a Lucky Pokémon so it can benefit both from High IVs and ease of evolution.
We hope you found this raid guide useful, happy hunting!
