A new event has been announced for Pokémon Sleep, bringing with it the debut of Cramorant! It celebrates Water, Flying and Bug types and brings with it a new mechanism, the Candy Cram-o-matic!

Summer Festival: Details Event icon

This summery week-long event will feature greater appearance rates for Water-, Flying-, and Bug-type Pokémon!

Also, you’ll be able to use a limited-time function: the Candy Cram-o-matic!

This function allows you to get M-sized candies of various types by feeding Dream Shards and Pokémon Candies to the Candy Cram-o-matic.

For more details, please see the information about the limited-time Candy Cram-o-matic function.

You can complete limited-time event missions to get great rewards, such as Cramorant Incense. There will also be other various bonuses.

Event Period: Monday, June 17, at 4:00 a.m. to Monday, June 24, at 3:59 a.m.

Event Areas: All Areas

Cramorant Debut Pokemon Encounter icon

There have been reports of Cramorant appearing near certain areas—maybe this is thanks to the sleep research you’ve all been conducting!

Appearing Beginning: June 17, 2024, at 3:00 p.m.

Note: Cramorant Incense can be used starting from the date and time above.

Appearing at: Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, and Snowdrop Tundra

Sleep Type: Slumbering

Cramorant collects the Flying type berry Pamtre Berry, and for ingredients it can collect Pure Oil, Soft Potato, and Fancy Egg. It’s special skill is Tasty Chance S,  which raises your Extra Tasty rate by a set percentage. The effect lasts until you cook an Extra Tasty dish or change sites. This can stack up to 70% at any one time. You need 16 friendship points to recruit a Cramorant.

Only during the event, you can use the Candy Cram-o-matic from the home screen, a brand new mechanism in Pokémon Sleep!

If you spend Dream Shards and feed 40 of your Pokémon Candies to the Candy Cram-o-matic, you’ll get one M-sized candy of a random type.

On rare occasions, you’ll get a Great Success when you use the Candy Cram-o-matic. When you get a Great Success, you’ll receive two M-sized candies.

Also, the type of candy you receive depends partially on the type of Pokémon Candies you feed the Candy Cram-o-matic.

Note: This does not guarantee that you will receive the same type of candy you fed the machine.

Candy Cram-o-matic Use Examples:

  • Feed it 40 Bulbasaur Candies (Grass-type) → The candy that comes out is slightly more likely to be a Grass-Type Candy M
  • Feed it 30 Bulbasaur Candies (Grass-type) and 10 Pikachu Candies (Electric-type) → The candy that comes out is slightly more likely to be a Grass-type Candy M and very slightly more likely to be an Electric-Type Candy M

Notes: This function can be used up to four times per day.

Each time this function is used, it will consume more Dream Shards than the previous time.

The number of times you can use the Candy Cram-o-matic and the number of Dream Shards it consumes will reset each day.

A function that allows you to see the number of Pokémon Candies you have in your Bag is included in the Version 1.7.2 update. You can use this function by selecting Menu > Bag > Pokémon Candies.
