A new event has been announced for Pokémon Sleep, focused on growing and levelling up your Pokémon! This week-long event is a special opportunity to get more Sleep EXP and candies than usual.
This week-long event is a special opportunity to get more Sleep EXP and candies than usual. This is a great opportunity to try to get plenty of sleep to help raise your favorite helper Pokémon.
The following bonuses will be active for the entire event period:
- [Important] Each day of Pokémon Growth Week rolls over at 4:00 a.m.
- The event’s candy bonus does not apply to the second sleep session of the day.
- Event bonuses apply only to sleep data tracked during the event.
- If you wait to report sleep data tracked before the event began and select “Review Later” during the event, event bonuses will not be applied.
- If you wait to report sleep data tracked during the event and select “Review Later” after the event has ended, event bonuses will be applied.
- Event bonuses do not apply to sleep tracking during the tutorial.
- Event bonuses will trigger regardless of which site you conduct your sleep research in.
- The effects of incense stack with the event bonuses. If you use Growth Incense during the event, EXP gains will be multiplied by 3 (×1.5 from the event bonus and ×2 from the Growth Incense bonus).
There are several types of incense that will provide a variety of effects the next morning, and the Pokémon Growth Week Event is a great time to use them:
- Growth Incense
- Luck Incense
- Recovery Incense
- Focus Incense
- Friend Incense
The Sleep EXP your Pokémon get matches your sleep score, with 100 EXP the maximum with a sleep score of 100. During this event you will be able to get 150 EXP with a maximum sleep score, and using a Growth Incense on top of that will boost that even further! Using a Growth Incense will give you a boost of 3x EXP for your researchers, meaning you can earn up to 300 EXP per sleep session with a maximum sleep score. If you have a Pokémon with the Sleep EXP Bonus as a sub skill, you can boost this even further by adding it to your team!
We would recommend aiming to have one long sleep session per day for this event, rather than two, in order to fully optimise the bonuses, as the candy bonus is only applicable to the first sleep session of the day.
