Trainers! With the end of the Season of Rising Heroes this month, June brings with it a new Season theme, and a whole host of new events. We can share the dates of some of the weekend events with you, including all three Community Days, the Community Day Classic, Global GO Fest, and two other mystery events.
Full information for the theme for the new Season will likely come towards the end of May, with a full June event schedule in the final days of May also. Summer is always an exciting time in Pokémon GO, and we can’t wait to see what comes next!
Community Day Events for June, July and August 2023
With the final Community Day for the Season of Rising Heroes upon us this weekend with Fennekin Community Day, we can share the next Community Day events for the upcoming season.

Which Pokémon do you want to see featured in these events? There has been much speculation online, including Axew and Froakie, which could make sense with Axew following the path Deino and Gible set, and Froakie is logical to follow a little while after Fennekin, but who are your more left field choices you’d like to see? There are a lot of great choices for the Community Day Classic that could return, but for a new Community Day, we’d love to see something like Timburr, Sewaddle, Gothita or Solosis. Timburr has been in the raid pool for a while but it still a pretty rare shiny, so could be a good pick like the past Shinx Community Day. Sewaddle, Gothita and Solosis would all be new shiny families with two evolutions which work well for Community Days. They might not be the most meta relevant, but new shinies are always fun!

Pokémon GO Fest 2023: Global is a two-day digital event available to all Trainers worldwide from August 26 – 27, 2023 with the event running from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm local time on both days. We don’t know yet what the other events will be, they could be limited research days, raid days, or something entirely new!
