For PvE As Buzzwole doesn’t get access to any Bug type fast moves, it has the most potential as a Fighting type. It sadly doesn’t have Dynamic Punch right now which would have been the ideal move set in combination with Counter. It isn’t meta breaking, but could be a handy back up Fighting type for raids.
For PvP we have a dive into their use, and it looks exciting! Poison Jab and Counter are two great fast moves, literally being super fast, and some great charges moves in Lunge and Fell Stinger. Hype!

Conclusion
Buzzwole will make a decent Fighting type for raids, but the real excitement should be in PvP! It has play in Great League and Ultra League, as well as having a really unique design generally.
