Kirlia is a Psychic and Fairy Tier 3 raid boss in Pokémon GO. Kirlia is weak to the Ghost, Poison, and Steel types, with plenty of options available to counter it. 

Kirlia can be caught with the following CP values:

• 508 – 552 CP at Level 20, no weather boost
• 635 – 690 CP at Level 25 with Windy or Cloudy weather boost

Most trainers can easily solo Kirlia due to it’s frailty, while trainers of a low level might need 2-3 trainers to take it down.
