Throh is a pure Fighting type 3-Star Raid boss. Best Throh raid counters include powerful Fairy, Flying, and Psychic types to make quick work of this challenging boss. Shiny Throh is available in Pokémon GO. You can capture Throh in the following CP ranges:

1391 CP – 1464 CP at Level 20, no weather boost
1739 CP – 1830 CP at Level 25 with Cloudy weather boost
