Tapu Lele is a Tier 5 legendary raid boss in Pokémon GO and it can be shiny.

Being a Psychic/Fairy type, it is weak to the Ghost, Poison and Steel types.

Tapu Lele is currently a case of lost potential as it doesn’t learn Charm in Pokémon GO (which it can learn in the Main Series Games). Even from the Psychic POV, its moves aren’t the best. So while Tapu Lele doesn’t dazzle in either of its typing, it can experience a change of fortunes with something like Charm being added to its moveset in the future. Anyway, it is still a legendary Dex addition, to say the least.

Tapu Lele can be caught with the following CP values:

1912 – 1996 CP at Level 20, no weather boost
2390 – 2496 CP at Level 25 with Windy or Cloudy weather boost

Generally, 3-4 high-level trainers can beat Tapu Lele easily with optimal counters. Otherwise, 4-5 trainers will suffice.

Shiny Tapu Lele

Shiny Tapu Lele is a great shiny, with the bulk of the Pokémon turning black, and the hot pink fading to pale pink.
