The second ever Good Sleep Day Event for the Harvest Festival brought with it the release of Cleffa, Clefairy and Clefable, and the official report is now in, along with some news for the next Good Sleep Day event!
Sleep Report Details
Our sleep tends to be shorter and shallower during the full moon. However, we found that on the night of the full moon during this Good Sleep Day event, the average sleep duration of all the researchers around the world was 7 min. and 4 sec. longer than average.
Average sleep durations during Good Sleep Day compared to average sleep durations on the same days of the previous week:
- 28th September (Wed): 6 hrs 46 min (+6 min)
- 29th September (Thu): 7 hrs 9 min (+6 min)
- 30th September (Fri): 7 hrs 17 min (+8 min)
Notes: The difference from the same days of the previous week is calculated separately for each of the three days.
Only users who tracked sleep once per day were included in these calculations.
Cleffa, Clefairy and Clefable
The Harvest Moon Good Sleep Day event brought with it the release of Cleffa, Clefairy and Clefable!

They are Fairy type Pokémon, who collect Pecha Berries, and are berry collecting specialists. Their main skill is Metronome, which uses one randomly chosen main skill.
- Cleffa can be found in Slumbering sleep type, on Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, Taupe Hollow and Snowdrop Tundra.
- Clefairy in Snoozing sleep type, on Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, Taupe Hollow and Snowdrop Tundra.
- Clefable in Snoozing sleep type, on Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, Taupe Hollow and Snowdrop Tundra.
To evolve Cleffa into Clefairy, you need to track 50 hours sleep with Cleffa in your team, and use 20 Clefairy candy. To evolve Clefairy into Clefable you need to use a Moon Stone and 80 Clefairy candy.
Next Good Sleep Day Event
The next Good Sleep Day event will be held from 28th October, 2023 to 30th October, 2023. Fingers crossed for a suitable Halloween theme with it being so close to the day itself! A Halloween event has been announced previously, so could it tie in with the Good Sleep Day event?
