On the official Pokémon YouTube channel, a Pokémon Presents video with the latest news about Pokémon will be broadcast beginning .

To celebrate this, Drowsy Power will be multiplied by 1.5 on Thursday !

Maintenance and Updates

To update to the app’s new version, maintenance will be conducted during the following time period:

  • Start: February 24th, 2026, at 4:30 a.m. UTC
  • End: February 24th, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. UTC

New Features

  • Preparation for new events that will be announced soon.

Balance Adjustments

  • Changes to certain Pokémon’s main skills

Pinsir: Updating current Main Skill from Charge Strength S to Charge Strength M

Heracross: Updating Main Skill from Ingredient Magnet S to Bulk Up (Cooking Assist S) which gets you ingredients chosen at random. Also raises your Extra Tasty rate by a small amount.

  • Increased some main skills’ effectiveness including: Charge Strength S, Charge Strength M and Bad Dreams (Charge Strength M). This only applies to main skill effects at Lv. 7.
  • Adjustments related to main skills: This is a sleeping game app, and the developers don’t want players to gain an advantage by reducing their sleep time to spend more time actively playing the app. As a result, they have implemented a system where the main skill trigger chance changes based on the number of times a main skill triggers within one day. However, because of changes to the game environment, including helper Pokémon max level unlocks and events like Super Skill Week, the number of times a main skill could trigger within one day increased. As a result, there were cases where main skills became difficult to trigger not only at night, but also during the day. Upon considering the increase in cases where play during the day was impacted, so they have decided to make balance adjustments to this feature. They intend to make improvements to these cases where main skills became difficult to trigger.
  • Other: Some text adjusted or unified and other small bug fixes and adjustments

Under certain conditions, you may not be able to start tracking sleep during the maintenance update to Ver. 3.3.0, planned for around Feb. 24, 2026, at 4:30 a.m..

Specific Condition That Can Cause This Issue:

  • Updating the app to Ver. 3.3.0 during the maintenance period, and then starting sleep tracking.
  • Maintenance Period: February 24th, 2026, at 4:30 a.m. to February 24th, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

For People Who Want to Track Their Sleep During Maintenance, do not update your app to Ver. 3.3.0 just yet—instead, start tracking your sleep from the Under Maintenance screen.
