Valentine’s Day is almost upon us, and the 2025 Pokémon Sleep Valentine’s event is all about cooking! The most romantic time of year is bringing with it the debut of the cutest Pokémon family, Paldean Wooper and Clodsire.
To commemorate this event, two new Dessert/Drink recipes will be added.
Also, Pokémon who collect Fancy Apples, Soothing Cacao, or Rousing Coffee are more likely to appear!

Bonuses
The following effects will trigger in the applicable areas during the event on all days:
- Dishes will be set to Desserts/Drinks.
- A few Pokémon of different sleep types will appear during sleep research regardless of your sleep type for that day.
- Certain Pokémon will be more likely to appear during sleep research.
- You may meet certain Shiny Pokémon.
- Final Strength gains from dishes will be multiplied by 1.5 (or 3 for Extra Tasty dishes or 4.5 for Extra Tasty dishes on Sunday only).
Pokémon Debuts
Paldean Wooper and their evolution Clodsire will make their Pokémon Sleep debut from Monday February 10, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
They are Poison type Pokémon in Pokémon Sleep, and will appear only at Greengrass Isle, and Taupe Hollow, during Dozing sleep.

- 【Important】 Each day of the Valentine’s Day 2025 event rolls over at 4:00 a.m.
- Event bonuses apply only in the event area.
- Event bonuses apply only to sleep data tracked during the event.
- If you wait to report sleep data tracked before the event began and select “Review Later” during the event, event bonuses will not be applied.
- If you wait to report sleep data tracked during the event and select “Review Later” after the event has ended, event bonuses will be applied.
- Event bonuses do not apply to sleep tracking during the tutorial.
- Event bonuses will trigger regardless of which site you conduct your sleep research in.
- If overlapping events trigger more than one of the same type of bonus, the larger bonus will be applied.
