To celebrate 30 years of Pokémon, a series of celebrations will be held across several regions! In addition to a line-up of real-world activities at event locations, Trainers can also look forward to exclusive in-game content in Pokémon GO.

The Pokémon 30th anniversary tour, PokéXciting!, will be stopping in the following locations:
- Kuala Lumpur: Saturday, September 12 – Sunday, September 13
- Taipei: Saturday, October 10 – Sunday, October 11
- Singapore: Saturday, November 7 – Sunday, November 8
- Manila: Saturday, January 23 – Sunday, January 24
- Bangkok: Saturday, February 13 – Sunday, February 14
While event details haven’t been shared yet, Trainers can expect immersive offline experiences, photo opportunities, and community meetups. Plus, keep your eyes peeled for event-limited gameplay featuring special Pokémon encounters and bonuses in Pokémon GO!

Kuala Lumpur is the first step on the tour, and local news is reporting that they will be hosting a PokeXciting party at KLCC Park, with a special drone show set against the Petronas Towers as a backdrop. They also share that there will be stage shows featuring Pokémon mascots. It will be a free event, with no tickets required.
During this event Malaysia’s first Pokémon popup store, with limited edition products, at the Ombak KLCC mall. The mall will also feature special Pokémon-themed decorations from October 1 to December 31, with four different themes. The KLCC Convention Centre will for the first time be hosting the Pokémon TCG Premier Ball league tournament from November 21 and 22
