Pokémon GO will be coming to the IIT-Bombay for Techfest 2025 from December 22–24, 2025. Trainers can look forward to exciting in-game bonuses and an official Pokémon GO booth on the campus of IIT-Bombay in Mumbai. Nearby Trainers are also invited to come and take part in the Catch Cup tournament!

Special Attacks
- Evolve Ivysaur (Bulbasaur’s Evolution) to get a Venusaur that knows the Grass type Charged Attack Frenzy Plant.
- Evolve Charmeleon (Charmander’s Evolution) to get a Charizard that knows the Fire type Charged Attack Blast Burn.
- Evolve Wartortle (Squirtle’s Evolution) to get a Blastoise that knows the Water type Charged Attack Hydro Cannon.

There will be a free Timed Research opportunity available. Timed Research rewards include the following:
