Deino Raid Counters
Since Shadow Pokémon are extremely expensive to power up and require specific events to remove Frustration with a Charge TM, they will NOT be listed as raid counters in this article. That being said, if you have the shadow form of a listed raid counter Pokémon powered up and TMed, use it.

Deino Moveset Analysis
Fast Moves | Charge Moves |
---|---|
|
|
Dragon Breath gets STAB and is the only worthy fast move for Deino. Tackle is bad.
Crunch and Body Slam are both 3-bar charged moves. However, Crunch not only gets STAB but also deals more damage.
Dragon Pulse is Deino’s strongest charged move and is 2-bar.
Conclusion
Shiny Deino and Deino, in general, form one of the rarest finds in the game. Raids give you a wonderful opportunity to chase that shundo, which quite honestly would be a gem of a find.
Equally exciting is the fact that Deino evolves into the powerful pseudo legendary: Hydreigon. With their Community Day move, Hydreigon is one of the most powerful Dark types in the game.
Let’s try to get this elusive dragon and hope for a good one. Enjoy raiding, trainers!
