Diglett is currently featured as a Tier 1 raid boss in Pokémon GO, and it can be caught with the following CP values:
- 349 – 386 CP at Level 20, no weather boost
- 437 – 483 CP at Level 25 with Sunny weather boost
It is an Ground type, which makes it weak to Ice, Grass, Water, and Ground type moves. It can be shiny, but it is a full odd shiny.
Diglett Raid Counters
Whenever the shadow variant of a Pokémon listed below is available in the game, it is strongly recommended to use it over its regular/purified counterpart. However, since Shadow Pokémon are extremely expensive to power up and require specific events to TM away Frustration, they will NOT be listed as raid counters in this article.
Diglett best raid counters are listed below, according to our Pokémon GO DB battle simulator:

Diglett and Dugtrio are unfortunately pretty bad Pokémon in Pokémon GO. PvE-wise, and their movesets are also quite bad for PvP purposes. All in all, Diglett and Dugtrio don’t seem to be the kind of Pokémon you should power up, at least in this game.
