Hisuian Sneasel has a Raid Boss CP is 6340, and you can catch it in the following CP Ranges:

• 1107 CP to 1172 CP at Level 20, no weather boost
• 1384 CP to 1465 CP at Level 25, with Cloudy weather boost

Hisuian Sneasel evolves into Sneasler, which has some great play in PvP, comparable, if not better, than Toxicroak which has the same typing, and is viable in all leagues! It isn’t any good for PvE unfortunately, but this is a way to get your Sneasler without hatching eggs and via a free raid pass.
