Hoothoot
Hoothoot is a Normal and type 1* Raid Boss. Optimal raid counters include the Electric, Ice, and Rock types. Hoothoot evolves into the highly coveted PvP Pokémon Noctowl, a well-known core breaker.
It is an easy solo for any trainer.
