Trainers will automatically receive this Timed Research when the event starts on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at 10 AM local time. Since it’s a Timed Research, players must complete it before the event ends at 8 PM local time.
During the event Snorunt and Bergmite will appear more frequently in the wild, and you will get 2× XP for successfully catching Pokémon with Nice Throws, Great Throws, and Excellent Throws.
If you want more chances to encounter Cryogonal, you can purchase additional Timed Research for US$2.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency) that is identical to the free Timed Research and awards 40 additional Cryogonal encounters.
