Best Moltres Raid counters are strong Rock type attackers that take reduced damage from its attacks, such as Rampardos, Rhyperior, Terrakion, Tyranitar and Tyrantrum. Moltres is a Fire type Legendary raid boss with a boss CP of 45609.

Moltres can be caught in the following CP ranges:

  • 1896 – 1980 (Level 20, no weather boost)
  • 2370 – 2475 (Level 25, Sunny or Windy weather boost)

Similar to Articuno (raid boss guide here), Moltres is also double weak to Rock-type attacks. We recommend a minimum of 4 players for a Moltres raid. Shiny Moltres is available in Pokémon GO.
