Swadloon

Swadoon is now available in Tier 3 raids in Pokémon GO and you should have no problem taking it down as long as it is a fairy easy raid boss to defeat.

After the raid, Swadloon can be caught with the following CP values 

• 730 – 783 CP, at Level 20 with no weather boost 
• 913 – 979 CP, at Level 25 with weather boost, during Rainy and Sunny weather conditions

Swadloon is a dual Bug and Grass type Pokémon. Unfortunately, Swadloon doesn’t have its shiny variant released into the game yet so it won’t have a chance of being shiny after being encountered from these raids. 

Swadloon Counters

Since Shadow Pokémon are extremely expensive to power up and require specific events to remove Frustration with a Charge TM, they will NOT be listed as raid counters in this article. That being said, if you have the shadow form of a listed raid counter Pokémon powered up and TMed, use it. The figures in our database for DPS and TDO are calculated using Level 40 Pokémon with perfect IVs.

Swadloon as a Tier 3 Raid Boss of 10377, and with its double weakness to Fire, it should be an easy solo for most players. For lower-levelled trainers, Swadloon might require teamwork to take down.

Moveset

Swadloon’s evolution, Leavanny isn’t good in raids or PVP so it is basically not worth spending money doing these raids. But it might be useful to do one daily free raid to count it as a unique species in your Rising Star Medal or if you don’t have it registered into your Pokédex.
