Kangaskhan available in 45 cities in Europe, lasts until August 21!

the official Pokemon GO blog has announced that several rare Pokemon, including Kangaskhan and Unown, will be available in select European cities, starting as early as this weekend and lasting until August 21!

As announced earlier, Niantic has postponed the August Safari Zone events in order to provide a better event experience. These rare and regional spawns are part of their compensation to affected trainers.

As previously rumored, not all regional exclusive Pokemon will be available, only Kangaskhan.

A special note has been published for Unibail-Rodamco shopping centers:

While you’re out looking for these Pokémon, consider stopping by your local Unibail-Rodamco shopping center. In addition to being a great place to find these Pokémon, we’ve heard that Lure Modules will be activated at many PokéStops found at these locations throughout the weekends of August 12 and August 19.
