Nintendo has announced that Pokémon Pokopia has sold more than 2.2 million copies worldwide in its first four days, marking a hugely successful launch for the new Pokémon spin-off. According to the official announcement from Nintendo, the game reached the milestone between March 5 and March 9, 2026, with around 1 million copies sold in Japan alone. The figure includes both physical and digital sales globally.
If this momentum continues, Pokémon Pokopia could reach 5–10 million lifetime sales, which would make it one of the most successful Pokémon spin-off titles ever released. Some analysts are already suggesting it could become the best-selling Pokémon spin-off of all time if the strong launch demand continues over the coming months!
