In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you can always start a Picnic. Starting a Picnic allows you to make Sandwiches, which allow you to gain specific powers, and boost specific Pokémon types.
Eating Sandwiches gives you a special bonus for the next 1 hour. These bonuses fall into two categories: Power and Type Power. Each Sandwich can have only 3 Powers at any time. These powers are listed here:
