Rediscover Kanto Special Research

Rediscover Kanto Special Research is available to all Trainers for free beginning with the Rediscover Kanto event! Trainers can complete this Special Research to discover the new Pokémon GO Biomes feature, earn encounters with iconic Kanto Pokémon, and stock up on useful in-game items.

Here are all the tasks and rewards for the Rediscover Kanto Special Research. This is also the first Research quest line that appears with a special cassette animation when you obtain it.
