Trainers in the United States, a limited-time collection that is a collaboration between Pokémon and Target is being released! It will feature apparel, accessories, and more.
Pokémon GO Trainers can take part in this release by visiting Target retail locations in the United States and participating in event-themed Timed Research. Plus, Trainers who redeem a Pokémon GO gift card from Target retail stores and Target.com will receive an avatar item upon redemption!
Target x Pokémon Collab
The new Pokémon x Target line launches in Target stores and online from May 3rd, 2026. A second drop featuring even more items will arrive on June 6th, 2026.
Over 100 items will be available across categories such as apparel, accessories, beauty, home, food, and more. Some highlights mentioned on pokemon.com include a first-of-its-kind Pokémon Starter jacket, binder-inspired Trapper Keepers, kickballs patterned after different varieties of Poké Balls, Butterfree hair clips, and life-size 151-piece puzzles inspired by the original Kanto region.
Target Timed Research
Visit your local Target between May 2 and July 31, 2026, to obtain the Timed Research and check out the collaboration.
Trainers can get event-themed Timed Research throughout the event by going to one of the participating Target locations and opening Pokémon GO. Complete the research tasks to earn the following:
- XP
- Stardust
- Encounters with event-themed Pokémon
- And more

Trainers who redeem a Pokémon GO gift card from Target retail stores and Target.com between May 2 and July 31, 2026, will receive the Charmander Hoodie avatar item upon redemption at https://store.pokemongo.com/offer-redemption
