The New Moon Day event is back for November 2026 in Pokémon Sleep. This is the nineteenth New Moon Day event, and the tenth of 2026! This event is held once a month for a total of three days—on the day of the new moon and the days before and after it. This event will have special appearance rates and it will be harder for Pokémon to become full.
Every time you encounter a Pokémon with a special appearance rate during your New Moon Day sleep research, its friendship points will increase by 3 even if you don’t give it Poké Biscuits.
The next Good Sleep Day event will be held from November 9th to October 11th. You can take part in this event in any research area.

Eureka Seed (Darkrai) is a special item you can receive from Darkrai. You can receive it when you first befriend Darkrai or when you max out Darkrai’s Friendship Points. It can be used on Darkrai to unlock or change its sub skill, ingredients, or main skill.
The sub skills and ingredients available when you befriend the Pokémon is different for each Mythical Pokémon. The sub skills and ingredient type available when you befriend the Pokémon and its Nature will be identical for each researcher. Mythical Pokémon are also considered Special Pokémon, and you can only have one Special Pokémon on the same team. There may be exceptions to this in the future.
