Pokémon TCG Pocket has taken the world by storm! What was touted to be a virtual trading card collection game has become a global fan favourite and rightfully so. Opening booster packs, getting lucky in Wonder Picks, and ultimately, pulling the rarest cards are the focal points for everyone, and this gets easier with the completion of regular missions. But, there seems to be more than meets the eye — Secret Missions! 😯
As the name suggests, these missions are literally hidden, as they become apparent only on completion of the missions in question. This has left many fans unaware of their very existence.

Every Secret Mission in Pokémon TCG Pocket, how to complete & rewards
There are eight Secret Missions in Pokémon TCG Pocket, with six being based on certain themed collections and two based on completing the Pokedex. Here are all the Secret Missions:
Genetic Apex Museum 1
To complete this mission, you need to get all one-star rarity cards from the Charizard booster pack.
These eight one-star cards include:
- Charmander
- Meowth
- Lapras
- Slowpoke
- Pinsir
- Rapidash
- Gloom
- Alakazam
Rewards: 12x Pack Hourglasses, 36x Wonder Hourglasses, 10x Shop Tickets
Genetic Apex Museum 2
To complete this mission, you need to get all one-star rarity cards from the Mewtwo booster pack.
These eight one-star cards include:
- Bulbasaur
- Ditto
- Pidgeot
- Dragonite
- Porygon
- Cubone
- Weezing
- Golbat
Rewards: 12x Pack Hourglasses, 36x Wonder Hourglasses, 10x Shop Tickets
Genetic Apex Museum 3
To complete this mission, you need to get all one-star rarity cards from the Pikachu booster pack.
These eight one-star cards include:
- Squirtle
- Eevee
- Gyarados
- Snorlax
- Nidoking
- Nidoqueen
- Diglett
- Electrode

The Legendary Flight Continues
This mission is a continuation of ‘The Legendary Flight’ task (in Themed Collections) involving the collection of the three Kanto Legendary Bird two-star rarity holographic EX cards. In this, you will have to collect the rainbow-bordered Special Illustration cards of the Kanto Legendary Birds.

The Immersive Four
The Immersive cards are arguably some of the most popular and sought-after pulls in TCG Pocket. Featuring an entire animated sequence on tapping and holding the card, you’ll need to collect four Immersive cards to complete this mission — Charizard, Mewtwo, Pikachu, and Mew.
- Charizard Immersive card: Obtained from Charizard booster pack
- Mewtwo Immersive card: Obtained from Mewtwo booster pack
- Pikachu Immersive card: Obtained from Pikachu booster pack
- Mew Immersive card: Obtained after completing the Kanto Pokedex secret mission
Note that the Charizard, Mewtwo, and Pikachu immersive cards are not guaranteed as they are rare. So, you might have to open many booster packs to get one.

The Gym Leaders of Kanto Region 2
Just like The Legendary Flight Continues, a prelude to this mission appears in Themed Collections. To complete this, you’ll have to collect all eight two-star rarity Supporter (Trainer) cards from the Kanto region.

To complete this secret mission, you need to get one card each of all 150 Kanto Pokémon.

Yep, that’s the reward!

Pokedex Secret Mission
The last straw, this secret mission requires you to collect all 226 cards featured in the Genetic Apex Pokedex. This includes the rare four-star EX cards, non-Kanto Pokémon, and spans all three Charizard, Mewtwo, and Pikachu booster packs.
