Trainers, a new Team GO Rocket event has started in Pokémon GO, lining up with the second half of the Power Plant Event that’s also currently running.
The event is called Team GO Rocket Strikes and it brings new Shadow Pokémon, new Team GO Rocket lineups, Frustration can be removed with TMs and more.
Date and Time
- Team GO Rocket Strikes begins on Monday, January 24, 2022, at 12:00 a.m. local time
- Ends on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time

- More frequent GO Rocket stops and balloons
- The ability to TM Frustration off your Shadow Pokémon – see Best Shadow Pokémon to TM Away Frustration
- Sierra, Cliff and Arlo will be using different Shadow Pokémon
