Celesteela Raid Guide (Ultra Beast)

Related Articles

Celesteela is an Steel and Flying type Ultra Beast Raid Boss. Optimal Celesteela counters are powerful Electric and Fire types, as Celesteela has a 1x weakness to both of those types.

Celesteela can be caught with the following CP values:

  • 1694 –1772 CP at level 20, no weather boost
  • 2117 – 2216 CP at level 25 with Windy or Snow weather boost

Depending on your levels and counters, we would recommend 3-5 trainers who are high level, and more if you don’t have optimal teams. This guide will tell you how to beat this origami inspired beast, as well as its optimal stats, moves and CP range.

Celesteela Counters

Since Shadow Pokémon are extremely expensive to power up and require specific events to remove Frustration with a Charge TM, they will NOT be listed as raid counters in this article. That being said, if you have the shadow form of a listed raid counter Pokémon powered up and TMed, use it.

Celesteela has an interesting moveset, with no fast and charge move set available for either of its typings. It may have some play in Ultra League, but sadly isn’t looking too good for any other league, or PvE.
