Dedenne will be an Electric and Fairy type T1 raid boss during the Festival of Lights event. It will be making its debut in said event. Dedenne does not currently evolve.
Dedenne is just a T1 raid boss, so it’s not that difficult. It has a unique typing, so be aware of its weaknesses.
It’s an Electric and Fairy type, so it’s only weak to Ground and Poison type attacks. It’s resistant to Bug, Dark, Electric, Fighting, and , with a large resistance to Dragon.
Shadows and Megas won’t be listed. They’re not necessary to take down a T1 in good time, and Shadow Pokémon are incredibly expensive to power up. However, if you have any of the listed Pokémon as shadow forms, they’re of course better.

Dedenne has the potential to be quite spammy, but all Ground types can shrug off its rapid-fire discharges. Excadrill resists all its moves if you have one.
Dedenne is an interesting little corebreaker in the Great League of PvP, comparable in bulk to either Raichu. Check out JRESeawolf’s article about it for more details.
Stay safe, trainers!
