Hey Trainers,
Dedenne is an Electric and Fairy type T3 raid boss with a raid boss CP of 13109. Previously it was a tier 1 raid, but has recently been upgraded to a tier 3, making it trickier. It will still be soloable for high level trainers, and those who are well prepared with counters, but players who are new to the game, or without ideal counters, may want to bring a friend.
It is available as a shiny at the start of the Twinkling Fantasy Event 2023.
It’s an Electric and Fairy type, so it’s only weak to Ground and Poison type attacks. It’s resistant to Bug, Dark, Electric, Fighting, and , with a large resistance to Dragon.
Dedenne Raid Counters
Since Shadow Pokémon are extremely expensive to power up and require specific events to remove Frustration with a Charge TM, they will NOT be listed as raid counters in this article. That being said, if you have the shadow form of a listed raid counter Pokémon powered up and TMed, use it.
The best counters for Dedenne are the following:

Dedenne has the potential to be quite spammy, but all Ground types can shrug off its rapid-fire discharges. Plenty of the Ground type options are great budget options and still pack a good punch against the Antenna Pokémon.
Conclusion
Dedenne is an interesting little corebreaker in the Great League of PvP, comparable in bulk to either Raichu. Check out JRESeawolf’s article about it for more details.
Stay safe, trainers!
