Furfrou
As part of the Fashion Week 2021 event, Furfrou will debut in raids as a Tier 1 raid boss in Pokémon GO.
Furfrou can be caught with the following CP values:
- 1141 – 1206 CP at Level 20, no weather boost
- 1427 – 1508 CP at Level 25 with Partly Cloudy weather boost
It is a Normal type, which makes it only weak to Fighting type moves.
Furfrou Raid Counters
Whenever the shadow variant of a Pokémon listed below is available in the game, it is strongly recommended to use it over its regular/purified counterpart. However, since Shadow Pokémon are extremely expensive to power up and require specific events to TM away Frustration, they will NOT be listed as raid counters in this article.

There are other alternatives too, but most of the Pokémon listed above are quite common and have been available for a very long time. If you don’t have any of these Pokémon, you can always use powerful generalists such as Psystrike Mewtwo or heavy-hitting megas and sub-optimal pseudo-fighters if you have them powered up.

Furfrou is not a very useful Pokémon in Pokémon GO. Aside from the new Form Change mechanic, there is not much you can do with it at the moment. Unfortunately, its moves hold it back PvP-wise and PvE-wise, normal types aren’t really useful against anything.
