Hippowdon is a Tier 3 raid boss in Pokémon GO. Being a pure Ground type, it is weak to the Grass, Ice, and Water types. Hippowdon is a spice pick in all three PvP leagues and has a very interesting moveset.

It can be caught with the following CP values:

• 1684 – 1763 CP at Level 20, no weather boost
• 2105 – 2204 CP at Level 25, with Sunny weather boost

Generally, 1 high-level trainer can beat Hippowdon with optimal counters. Otherwise, 2-3 trainers will suffice.
