Season Highlights
Season-long Bonuses
The following bonuses are specific to Previous Paths:
One additional Special Trade per day.
Increased Stardust for the first catch of the day.
Increased friendship bonus damage dealt by Pokémon in raids.
Precious Paths Special Research
Precious Paths themed Special Research will be available to claim from Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 9:59 a.m. local time. New parts of the Special Research will unlock over the course of the Season, so make sure to keep an eye on your Research tab.
Masterwork Research: A Precious Catch
Master Ball Special Research returns in the Precious Paths season! A Master Ball Special Research ticket will be available to purchase from Tuesday, December 2, at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time for US$7.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency). Trainers will receive a Special Research granting a Master Ball as one of the rewards.

A note on Seasonal Field Research tasks
During the Season of Precious Paths, most Field Research tasks will be available during the entire Season, instead of changing every month. Field Research tasks that award an encounter with Spinda will still rotate monthly. Field Research available during in-game events will replace some of these Field Research tasks.

GO Pass
The GO Pass, a limited-time progression track, will be available globally during Previous Paths! Complete Pass Tasks to earn GO Points to increase your rank and earn rewards.
The GO Pass Deluxe, a paid version of GO Pass, will be available for Trainers looking for upgraded rewards and faster progression.
PokéStop Showcases
Be on the lookout for PokéStop Showcases throughout Pokémon GO: Precious Paths. Log in weekly to find out which Pokémon you can show off.
Themed Stickers
You’ll be able to get themed stickers by spinning PokéStops, opening Gifts, and purchasing them from the in-game shop.
