The Higher They Fly is a new Team GO Rocket Special Research Questline that rewards an encounter with Giovanni, the Team GO Rocket Boss. The new Team GO Rocket Special Research will become available on Sunday, February 28, 2021, at 12:00 a.m. local time.
Giovanni will be using the following Shadow Legendary Pokémon at different times:

- May 2021: Shadow Moltres
