It has a Raid Boss CP of 16379, and you can catch it in the following CP Ranges:
- 1203 CP – 1270 CP at Level 20, no weather boost
- 1504 CP – 1587 CP at Level 25, with Sunny or Windy weather boost
Turtonator is soloable for the prepared trainer with good counters, but lower-level trainers, or those without ideal counters, may want to bring a friend.
