Wyrdeer is a Tier 3 raid boss. The ideal recommended group size is 1-3 for well-prepared trainers. Make sure you are armed with the correct movesets for your counters. With Party Play, you can ensure you have the edge throughout this special Raid Day event by using Party Power.
Wyrdeer can be shiny from raids.
Wyrdeer can be caught in the following CP range:
- 1486 CP to 1561 CP at Level 20, no weather boost
- 1858 CP to 1952 CP at Level 25, weather boosted during Partly Cloudy and Windy weather.
Wyrdeer is a Normal Psychic type Pokémon, with weaknesses to Bug and Dark–typed moves.
Wyrdeer made its Pokémon GO debut during a special Raid Day in the Season of Timeless Travels. Wyrdeer is currently only available as a Raid Boss.
Since Shadow Pokémon are extremely expensive to power up and require specific events to remove Frustration with a Charge TM, they will NOT be listed as raid counters in this article. That being said, if you have the shadow form of a listed raid counter Pokémon powered up and TMed, use it.
Reminder: Mega-Evolved Pokémon give other Pokémon special bonuses when brought to a Raid Battle. While a Mega-Evolved Pokémon is on the battlefield, all Trainers’ Pokémon receive an attack boost to all their attacks and gain an additional attack boost if their attack types match the Mega-Evolved Pokémon’s type(s).

Wyrdeer has access to this set of moves as a raid boss:
Fast Moves | Charge Moves |
---|---|
Confusion Psychic | Megahorn Bug |
Tackle Normal | Psychic Psychic |
Zen Headbutt Psychic | Stomp Normal |
Wild Charge Electric |
Wyrdeer’s best moveset in Pokémon GO is Tackle and Psychic, with 14.03 damage per second, and it can deal 381.7 damage before Wyrdeer faints. This is true when battling in neutral weather.
Weather | Pro Attacker | Pro Wyrdeer |
Sunny/Sunny | – | – |
Partly Cloudy | – | Boosts Normal type moves |
Cloudy | – | – |
Rainy | Boosts Super Effective Bug type attacks | Boosts Bug and Electric type moves |
Snow | – | – |
Fog | Boosts Super Effective Dark type attacks | – |
Windy | – | Boosts Psychic type moves |
Your top attackers will be boosted by Rainy weather and Fog. Keep in mind Rainy weather will also boost Bug and Electric type attacks. Given Wyrdeer is a 3 Star boss you will be able to complete the raid without the edge of Weather Boosted attacks.
