ANA Launches Green Pokémon Jet for Pokémon’s 30th Anniversary

ANA’s Green Pokémon Jet launches with special Pokémon GO raids and Timed Research at airports across Japan.

Pokémon GO and Japanese airline ANA (All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd) are teaming up for a new series of airport events celebrating the launch of the Green Pokémon Jet, part of Pokémon’s 30th anniversary celebrations.

Selected airports across Japan will feature special ANA-themed PokéStops and Gyms, Location Background Bulbasaur raids, and exclusive Timed Research. The collaboration begins on September 18, 2026, and continues through August 2027.

Green Pokémon Jet Raids

Bulbasaur will appear in Raid Battles at participating airport Gyms throughout the collaboration.

Bulbasaur caught from these raids will have a special Green Pokémon Jet–themed Location Background. Shiny Bulbasaur will also be available. Each participating Gym will host one eligible Bulbasaur Raid Battle per day. Following the event’s launch on September 18, raids will use the regular Raid Battle schedule.

Airport Timed Research

Trainers visiting a participating airport can receive exclusive Timed Research featuring encounters with event-themed Pokémon.

  • Research icon The Timed Research can be claimed once during Phase 2 at any participating airport.
  • Research icon The research expires three days after it is received.
  • General icon Trainers who claimed the Phase 1 Timed Research can claim the Phase 2 research.
  • General icon Visiting additional Phase 2 airports will not provide additional copies of the research.

Make sure to complete the research promptly. Its three-day expiry period begins when it is received, rather than at the end of the wider Green Pokémon Jet collaboration.
