Stay alert, Trainers! It seems the solar eclipse brought a lot of Pokémon GO Fest 2024′ news! There was a lot of Ultra Wormhole activity lately, and it looks like Necrozma will make its Pokémon GO debut on Pokémon GO Fest 2024!
Necrozma debuts at GO Fest 2024
After being teased on April 8, Niantic confirmed the Prism Pokémon, Necrozma, will make its worldwide Pokémon GO debut in raids during Pokémon GO Fest Sendai! After that, Necrozma will be available in GO Fest Madrid, GO Fest New York and GO Fest global.
Shiny Necrozma will be available as well! However, only ticket holders may encounter it, if they are lucky!
Necrozma
Necrozma is Psychic Legendary Pokémon that was introduced in Generation VII, and it has three forms, depending if it manages to dominate Solgaleo or Lunala:
- Dusk Mane Necrozma is the form it attains from absorbing Solgaleo,
- Dawn Wings Necrozma is the form it attains from absorbing Lunala,
- Ultra Necrozma is a third form Necrozma can attain if it uses an exclusive Z-Crystal
As far as stats go, it is very hard to comment whether or not they are final, but here they are:
- Attack: 251
- Defense: 195
- Stamina: 219
- Max CP: 4163 CP
We don’t know which movesets it will get, nor will it have Prismatic Laser or Photon Geyser, both of which are Necrozma’s signature moves introduced in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.
Ultra Beasts return to raids
But that’s not the only debut reserved for Pokémon GO Fest 2024!
Ultra Beasts will appear in raids in all locations, and some of them will have their glowing versions available for the first time! However, each location will have its own exclusive Ultra Beast, read the details below.
For now, it’s not known what those “???” can mean, but we can bet the remaining UBs, Blacephalon and Stakataka, will show up too.
Xurkitree
Shiny Xurkitree will make its Pokémon GO debut at Pokémon GO Fest 2024: Sendai for ticket holders! Trainers with a Pokémon GO Fest: Sendai ticket and successfully win a Raid Battle will be able to encounter Shiny Xurkitree for the first time in Pokémon GO – if they’re lucky!
Pheromosa
Shiny Pheromosa will make its Pokémon GO debut at Pokémon GO Fest 2024: Madrid for ticket holders! Trainers with a Pokémon GO Fest: Madrid ticket and successfully win a Raid Battle will be able to encounter Shiny Pheromosa for the first time in Pokémon GO – if they’re lucky!

Trainers who purchase a Pokémon GO Fest 2024: Global ticket by May 6—and play Pokémon GO between April 30 and May 6—will receive Timed Research that awards early access to a GO Fest–themed avatar item: a Sun Crown!
