Adidas x Pokémon Shoes
Adidas are back with another epic shoe collection in collaboration with Pokémon to celebrate 30th years of Pokémon! It is set to release on September 1st 2026, and features Pikachu, Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard, Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Mewtwo, and Rayquaza. A variety of different iconic Adidas styles get the Pokémon treatment, including the Samba, Superstar II, and Megaride F50. We wish you luck trying to get your hands on these, as they are bound to be popular!
Pokémon Center Baseball Collection
The Pokémon Center has released a range of baseball inspired clothing, including varsity jackets, hats and classic baseball style jerseys. The designs are really classic and cool, featuring Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, and Pikachu.
Pikachu Parade Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Cards
Two special illustration rare cards featuring Pikachu and a parade of Pokémon enjoying both day-time and night-time has been revealed for the 30th Celebration set. Both cards were designed by Pokémon TCG illustrator kantaro. The Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration releases on September 16, 2026.
In the first artwork Pikachu, Alolan Exeggutor, Espeon, Sylveon, and Cosmog all feature.
In the second night-time focused artwork Pikachu, Gengar, Umbreon, and Midnight Form Lycanroc are all depicted.
Pokémon Center’s 30th Celebration Character T-Shirts
30th Celebration Character T-Shirts are available on the Pokémon Centre! They currently available feature Pokémon first discovered in Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn, with more Pokémon and regions coming soon.
The process to create your own custom shirt is easy:
- Select your product type: you can choose between a youth-size T-shirt or adult-size T-shirt.
- Pick your Pokémon. You can explore by region or Pokémon type.
- Select your design.
- Select colour and size.
- Add to cart and check out.
Pokémon FireRed Version and Pokémon LeafGreen Version Link with Pokémon HOME
Pokémon FireRed Version and Pokémon LeafGreen Version for Nintendo Switch are set to link with Pokémon HOME beginning in October 2026. Once linked, you’ll be able to transfer Pokémon befriended in these titles to Pokémon HOME and bring them to other games in the Pokémon series.
Once a Pokémon from Pokémon FireRed Version or Pokémon LeafGreen Version is brought to another game in the Pokémon series, they will be unable to return to Pokémon FireRed Version or Pokémon LeafGreen Version. Pokémon from other games in the Pokémon series will be unable to visit Pokémon FireRed Version or Pokémon LeafGreen Version.
If you’ve caught every Pokémon in FireRed and LeafGreen you’ll also be able to add Celebi to your collection! You can now receive the Mythical Pokémon Celebi on the mobile version of Pokémon HOME as a gift for completing the Pokémon FireRed Version and Pokémon LeafGreen Version Pokédex. To complete this Pokédex, you won’t need to transfer Pokémon to Pokémon HOME. Once Pokémon HOME is connected, if you have registered a Pokémon in your Pokédex in Pokémon FireRed Version or Pokémon LeafGreen Version, it will be registered in Pokémon HOME.
Pokémon Worlds Soundtrack Released
The soundtrack for the 2026 Pokémon World Championships has been officially revealed with a YouTube video. There are four songs in the soundtrack as follows:
- Here We Go Again by Pokémon and NateWantsToBattle
- Ichiban by Pokémon
- Champions by Pokémon and Loren Allred
- Love Of The Game by Pokémon and Loren Allred
Pokémon Bank Closing
It has been confirmed that Pokémon Bank will no longer be active after February 26th 2027 at 03:00 UTC. After this date you will be unable to deposit or withdraw any Pokémon in Pokémon Bank, and you will be unable to send Pokémon from Pokémon Bank to Pokémon HOME after this date. We would advise working to transfer your collection over to HOME ASAP!
2026 Ace Trainer Reward Update
The Ace Trainer Rewards program celebrates Trainers who participate in tournaments in Championship Point–earning regions. All Trainers who earn a specified number of Championship Points will receive a variety of special rewards to commemorate their performance and season-long efforts. With the 2027 season swiftly approaching, Pokémon has revealed the 2026 season’s Celebratory Fanfare card.
The Celebratory Fanfare Stadium card has been distributed to players in Japan since 2021 and was first distributed to players worldwide following the 2025 Pokémon Championship Series season. For the 2026 season, Trainers in eligible Rating Zones who earn at least 200 Championship Points for Pokémon VGC, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, or Pokémon GO are awarded the title of Ace Trainer and will receive this card alongside commemorative rewards in Pokémon Trading Card Game Live and Pokémon GO.
