This Holiday Season a Poké Post Mailing Office will be running throughout various cities across Europe. Winter is here, and the Pokémon Company need your help getting post to the right Pokémon Trainers in mainland UK/Isle of Man, Metropolitan France and domestic Germany!
Do you know someone who’d love a Pokémon surprise through the door? Visit one of the Poké Post locations to receive a Pokémon Trading Card Game and Pokémon Together promo card for you, and one to post on-site to a friend, all free-of-charge! Enjoy Pokémon together at a one-day festive pop-ups which include photo opportunities and meet & greet appearances from Pikachu and Eevee.
This is a limited-time promotion running on specific dates and at specific locations until the 19th December 2023.

The Poké Post will be moving to several locations around UK, France and Germany so be sure to plan around the scheduled dates and times below. Please note opening and closing times may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

How?
It’s simple.
Come down to our Poké Post Mailing Office, collect a Pokémon Trading Card Game gift, address your envelope, slip it through the Poké Post counter and then receive your own gift pack to take home and keep! Strike your best pose in the photo areas and meet Pikachu or Eevee at scheduled times throughout the day.
Once in queue, you will be given the choice of either a Pikachu or Eevee themed envelope containing a corresponding Pokémon Together promo card inside, together with a Pokémon Scarlet & Violet fun pack. Meaning there’s one themed gift pack for you, and the other for the special Trainer in your life!
Please Note: The Poké Post Mailing Office will endeavour to get all post delivered to recipients before Christmas Day, however, this may not be guaranteed. Tracking is not available.
Who can you send a gift to?
In the UK?
Visitors attending locations in the UK can send a gift to recipients based in mainland UK or the Isle of Man. This excluded Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Herm.
In France?
Visitors attending locations in France can send a git to recipients based in Metropolitan France.
In Germany?
Visitors attending locations in Germany can send a gift to recipients based in domestic Germany.
FAQs
PokéPost has an FAQs page, some important points include:
- Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Participants may only take part in this activity once, to allow everyone a chance to participate.
- You cannot take both packs, one is to post to a friend and one is for you to keep.
- The packs come as a pair. Choose the Pokémon best suited to your recipient and you will receive the corresponding gift pack. This means you cannot have two Pikachu packs, the pair comes as one Pikachu and one Eevee.
