The Taken Treasures event begins on 27th January, save Shadow Kyogre from Giovanni, and meet new Paldean Pokémon Varoom.
At the start of each month in the Season of Timeless Travels, Trainers will be able to purchase a new ticketed experience for the Egg-spedition ticket that includes bonuses and Timed Research.
But that’s not all – battle enthusiasts can gear up for the GO Battle League Season 17, while raiders prepare for epic confrontations with Therian Forme Landorus.
And keep your eyes peeled for the elusive Shiny Shadow Moltres! There’s a plethora of adventures waiting, so trainers, gear up and set out!
January 27-February 1, 12:00 a.m. – 11:59 p.m. is the Taken Treasures event. Meet Varoom, the Single Cyl Pokémon, and save Shadow Kyogre from Giovanni!

Chansey Community day takes place on Sunday, February 4, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. With 1/4 hatch distance, and an increased chance of encountering shiny Chansey, you can also evolve into a Blissey that knows the exclusive Charged Attack Wild Charge.



The Therian Formes of Tornadus, Landorus and Thundurus are the featured Pokémon for January!
Provision for the travels ahead! At the start of each month in the Season of Timeless Travels, Trainers will be able to purchase a new ticketed experience that includes bonuses and Timed Research! Throughout Pokémon GO: Timeless Travels, you’ll be able to come across Pokémon found in the Hisui region, and stock up on items like Incubators. Be sure to check out the in-game shop regularly, you never know what wares and wonders you may find. The second is the Egg-spedition ticket for January with a free single use incubator every day!
GO Battle League: Timeless Travels will start on Friday, December 1, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. PT.
The following will occur at the beginning of the Season:
- End-of-Season rewards will be available on the battle screen.
- Your GO Battle League rank will be reset.
- Rank-up requirements will remain the same as the prior

Wednesday January 31st 6pm till 7pm local time a currently unknown Legendary Pokémon will appear in five-star raids.

From January 24 to January 31 Mega Steelix will appear in Mega Raids.

From January 24 to January 31 Therian Forme Landorus will appear in five-star raids, and it can be shiny. This Pokémon will have the featured attack Sandsear Storm.

One-star and three-star Shadow Raids will be available daily, while five-star Shadow Raids will take place on Saturdays and Sundays, unless otherwise noted. Also, Shadow Moltres will swoop into five-star Shadow Raids during Timeless Travels!

You may even encounter a Shiny Shadow Moltres—if you’re lucky!
The following bonuses are specific to Season 13: Timeless Travels.
- From December 1, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT -7) to March 1, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
PDT (GMT -7) - Complete Field Research tasks during the whole season to earn an encounter from a pool of Pokémon, including Galarian Weezing, Galarian Mr. Mime, Lapras, Furfrou, Goomy and Jangmo-o.
Starting this Season, Field Research tasks that previously rotated on a monthly basis will now rotate Seasonally. Field Research tasks that award an encounter with Spinda will still rotate monthly. For a full list of the season field research tasks check out our list here.
