Hello Trainers! Some text updates have been pushed and it includes some pretty awesome quality of life updates that I’m sure you’ll be excited about! There’s not a lot, but what is here is pretty exciting. Legendary & Mythical mass transfers and Egg transparency.

Legendary & Mythical Mass Transfers
The warning!

Could it be?! Are we getting the ability to mass transfer Legendary and Mythical Pokémon?! Mystery Box owners rejoice!! No more transferring Meltan one at a time!
Enable it in the Settings

Transferring Pokémon to Professor Willow cannot be undone. It appears that this will have to be enabled in the settings, which is a good thing. It also looks like it’ll warn you twice before actually enabling, also a good thing. Looks like they are really trying to ensure that Trainers don’t accidentally transfer their legendaries.
Egg Transparency

It looks like we’re going to get some transparency on what hatches from the eggs. There’s not much to go on at this point, but there’s a couple of ways they can implement this. They could either put it in the today section or my personal hope that they make it so we can long-press on an egg and have it display what Pokémon can hatch from that specific egg based on when it was picked up.

Poseidon
RESOURCE ID: poseidon_passcode_title TEXT: Please enter activation code
The Pokéminers believed that Poseidon had to do with some anti-addiction additions to the game, but scanning activation codes don’t jive with that theory very well… so we’ll have to see what this is.

The texts for The North Face x Gucci clothing was pushed as well, these are now live in the game and are available through a code that you can redeem in the game shop on Android or through the Niantic Rewards link here. Just use the code: GXSD5CJ556NHG
Final Words
Being able to mass transfer Mythical and Legendary Pokémon is huge! Especially for those of us that use the Meltan boxes on a regular basis, transferring those little buggers one at a time is excruciatingly painful.
What do you think about the potential for egg transparency? I hope that it’s more in line with my graphic shows, and not just a “Here’s what is what is available now” in the Today tab. We’ll have to see.
