Under certain conditions, you may not be able to start tracking sleep during the maintenance update to Ver. 3.8.0, planned for around September 9th, 2026, at 5:30 a.m..

- Adjustments to the chances of Pokémon becoming full. The chances of Pokémon that aren’t Legendary Pokémon becoming full will be slightly decreased.
- Starting with the Unexplored Realm Research! Pursue Mewtwo event, the New Moon Day bonus, “Pokémon won’t get full easily during the first snack time of the day,” will also apply to Legendary Pokémon during their debut events.
Adjustments to the General Store’s lineup
- Exchange limit for Ultra Biscuits: 3 → 5
- Increase to the number of available incenses
- Maximum number of incenses you can set up: 2 → 3

In this new feature, you will be able to obtain Main Skill Seeds through continuous gameplay.
Ahead of this feature’s release, after the 3.8.0 maintenance period, they intend to give out items depending on the amount of friendship points gained during sleep research from Monday September 14th at 4:00 a.m. until the release of the new feature.
