In early June, 2026, Pokémon Sleep will be holding an event—Latios and the Soul Dew! During this event, Legendary Pokémon Latios will be appearing, and it will be crucial to work with researchers around the world to accumulate Drowsy Power.
Dragon-type helper Pokémon will be particularly effective during this event, so we recommend raising your Dragon-type helper Pokémon to get ready. Dragon-type helper Pokémon include Dratini, Dragonair, Dragonite, Altaria, Bagon, Shelgon, Salamence, Latias, Noibat, and Noivern.
You may encounter Latias during the event. Researches who have yet to befriend Latias will have a chance to befriend both Pokémon.
More details about the legendary Pokémon Latios and other events will be available in next week’s news.
