The following bonuses will occur on all days of the event:
- Your cooking pot will be 2 times larger (or 4 times larger on Sunday only). That means more room for ingredients
- Certain Pokémon will be more likely to appear during sleep research.
- Pokémon will recover 5 additional Energy from dishes.
- Each time a helper Pokémon with the Ingredients specialty brings you ingredients as it regularly would, it will have 1 extra.
- The limited-time Mini Candy Boost feature will be available.
- A few Pokémon of different sleep types will appear during sleep research regardless of your sleep type for that day.
- Final Strength gains from dishes will be multiplied by 1.25 (or 2.5 for Extra Tasty dishes or 3.75 for Extra Tasty dishes on Sunday only).
- Number of ingredients gathered by main skills will be multiplied by 1.5.
Note: If a main skill has multiple effects, only the number of ingredients will be increased.

Foongus and Amoonguss will make their Pokémon Sleep debut during the event! It can appear from October 5th, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
They can appear at Greengrass Isle, Lapis Lakeside, Amber Canyon, Greengrass Isle (Expert), and Cyan Beach (Expert). You are more likely to encounter these Pokémon at Cyan Beach (Expert) than in other areas.
They are both Poison type Pokémon, and can appear during Dozing sleep.
We suspect they will collect Tasty Mushrooms and have ingredients as their speciality!

Mini Candy Boost uses fewer Dream Shards than the regular Candy Boost feature, so even beginner researchers can easily use this limited-time feature.
Using Mini Candy Boost lets your helper Pokémon get twice the usual amount of EXP from candies in exchange for using four times the usual amount of Dream Shards per candy. This feature can be used with up to 50 candies per day.
You can freely toggle this feature ON or OFF by tapping the button in the upper right of the Level Up screen. Consider using Mini Candy Boost when you want to level up your helper Pokémon. This feature will be set to ON by default during the event.
- Important: Each day of the event rolls over at 4:00 a.m.
- Event bonuses apply only to sleep data tracked during the event.
- If you wait to report sleep data tracked before the event began and select “Review Later” during the event, event bonuses will not be applied.
- If you wait to report sleep data tracked during the event and select “Review Later” after the event has ended, event bonuses will be applied.
- Event bonuses do not apply to sleep tracking during the tutorial.
- If overlapping events trigger more than one of the same type of bonus, the larger bonus will be applied.
- You won’t be able to use the limited-time Mini Candy Boost feature after the event ends. If Mini Candy Boost becomes available again during another event, the amount of EXP gained, Dream Shard consumption, and/or the number of candies that can be used in one day may change.
