Get excited Pokémon Sleep researchers, not only do we have the Spring Festival event to look forward to, but Happiny, Chansey and Blissey will debut!
Spring Festival
This week-long event is a special time when Snorlax’s requested dishes will be set to Salads, and the final Strength value for dishes will be multiplied by 1.5.
To commemorate this event, two new Salad recipes will be also be added around May. 1, 2025, at 4:00 a.m., along with Pokémon who collect Fancy Eggs or Pure Oil being more likely to appear!

Pokémon Debuts
They will appearing beginning May. 5, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Note: Pokémon Incense for the new arrivals can be used starting from this date and time.
They will appear at Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, and Snowdrop Tundra only, so be sure to conduct research in one of those areas to encounter them!
Their Sleep Types are as follows:
- Happiny: Slumbering
- Chansey: Snoozing
- Blissey: Snoozing
As Normal type Pokémon they will collect Persim Berries. We do not yet know their speciality, but we suspect they could have a healing skill speciality!
Spring Festival Bonuses
The following effects will trigger in the applicable areas during this event on all event days:
- Certain Pokémon will be more likely to appear during sleep research.
- Final Strength gains from dishes will be multiplied by 1.5 (or 3 for Extra Tasty dishes or 4.5 for Extra Tasty dishes on Sunday only).
- Dishes will be set to “Salads”.
- During sleep research, one Pokémon will for sure arrive hungry.
- A few Pokémon of different sleep types will appear during sleep research regardless of your sleep type for that day.

The following Pokémon are more likely to appear during this event:
Greater Appearance Rate: Happiny, Chansey, and Blissey.
Slightly Greater Appearance Rate: Magnemite, Ditto, Togepi, Delibird, Sableye, Swablu, Shuppet, Spheal, Riolu, Croagunk, and Cramorant.

- 【Important】 Each day of the Spring Festival 2025 event rolls over at 4:00 a.m.
- Event bonuses apply only to sleep data tracked during the event.
- If you wait to report sleep data tracked before the event began and select “Review Later” during the event, event bonuses will not be applied.
- If you wait to report sleep data tracked during the event and select “Review Later” after the event has ended, event bonuses will be applied.
- Event bonuses do not apply to sleep tracking during the tutorial.
- Event bonuses will trigger regardless of which site you conduct your sleep research in.
- If overlapping events trigger more than one of the same type of bonus, the larger bonus will be applied.
