Beginning mid-September 2026, Pokémon Sleep will be holding an event, Unexplored Realm Research that will allow you to pursue Mewtwo!
According to Professor Neroli, Mewtwo has been discovered living in an unexplored realm within Greengrass Isle. In order to research the rare sleep style of the cautious Mewtwo, you will need to conduct a survey deep into the heart of this unexplored realm.
In surveying the unexplored realm, it will be crucial to work with researchers around the world to accumulate Drowsy Power.
Psychic Type Pokémon
Psychic-type helper Pokémon will be particularly effective during this event, so it is recommended to work on raising your Psychic-type helper Pokémon in preparation:
It seems that Mew will be especially helpful, as it has taken a particular interest in Mewtwo’s sleep styles. Before this event, the Mini Snapshot Surprise Missions event will be held as an opportunity for researchers who have not yet befriended Mew to befriend Mew. Be sure to keep an eye out.
Additionally, you can exchange samples of Mewtwo DNA that you collect during the event for Mewtwo Incense. You can use Mewtwo Incense to research Mewtwo’s various sleep styles.
