Duskull and Dusclops

 Shuppet and Banette Tropius

Pokémon GO Duskull evolves into Pokémon GO Dusclops, after you spend 50 Duskull candy on one of the weakest Gen III Pokémon evolutions. Duskull and Dusclops are ghost type and also known as the “Requiem and Beckon Pokémon”.

Dusclops Max CP is 1335 (super low!) and it has a very weird stat distribution: super low stamina (80), very low attack (124) and a lot of defense (234). With ATK (124), STA (80) and DEF (234). If you’re looking for a good Gen III ghost, check out Banette.

Duskull and Dusclops are among the first Gen III Pokémon to be released during the Halloween 2017 event.

Dusclops in Pokémon GO

Dusclops is a very weak, albeit bulky, Pokémon that only serves as a Pokédex filler. Even in the core games its usage was limited and niche.

Dusclops evolves into Dusknoir in Generation 4, likely for 100 Duskull Candy. As we see no use for Duskull and Dusclops at the moment, our only advice is to “Save your Candy”.

Dusknoir will have 2046 Max CP according to the current CP formula.

Best Dusclops Moves and Movesets in Pokémon GO

In terms of DPS the best Dusclops moveset is Hex / Shadow Punch, closely followed by Feint Attack / Shadow Punch. Although interesting, Ice Punch and Fire Punch are considered to be a “flavour addition” to Dusclops move pool.

Shiny Duskull and Shiny Dusclops in Pokemon GO

A normal Duskull body is basically a gray robe, with a white skull looking structure for a face, and a white colored bone on the back. A normal Dusclops also has gray body, 2 light gray growths coming out of its shoulders, and another on top of its head.

A shiny Duskull has a dark red robe as a body, and a shiny Dusclops has a very dark red body as well. Everything else is identical to their normal counterparts.
